This is an essay I wrote for my English class final. Wishing On A Star You’re standing on a balcony looking at the sky, when a shooting star flies past, you make a wish, you wish for your dream to come true. Korean girl group Wonder Girls sings about this in their 2007 song, Wishing on a Star. In the song the girls sing about their wish to achieve their dream of being world wide stars. In the photograph, Dreams and Wishes by Nicole Pierce, there are roles of colored of paper in a glass cup with a paper on top that says “Dreams” and reflected in the mirror it says “Wishes” saying that the two are the same. In life we realize it is important to have courage to follow our wishes and achieve our dreams. Dreams and wishes often feel like one in the same, nothing different, you make a wish when you toss a penny into a fountain, you wish a upon a star at night, like they say in that old nursery rhyme. Yesterday I got the Interview Magazine issue with the Wonder Girls in it in the mail from the contest on Wonder Girls fan site Fantastics. It's awesome! Today was our AP celebration and I got two Achievement awards for my two AP classes, and the two AP classes that I took. So yeah. :) Here they are: AP English 3 AP US History I've had an awesome time in both classes, and I'm really going to miss them next year. I'm sure I did well on both AP tests. :)

So, I haven't blogged in forever. But, on Thursday I got a magazine, that had the Wonder Girls in it! They're a Korean band, who are making an American debut. The magazine was Teen Vogue. Here's a pic of their one page spread: Then! Today, on Fantastics, Wonder Girls new fan site, Wonder Girls member Lim got on, and she was chatting, and then she said hi to ME!! I was so excited I took a screen cap of it. Here it is: I was so excited! She also said that she would tell Sun to get on later, that she would love to go to Dubai, Indonesia, and the Philippines, and that she was tired because she had just woken up.
